If you are applying under "Primary Provider", you are applying for adoption placement services. If you are applying for "Home Study", you are applying for Hopscotch Adoptions to complete your Home Study in the states on NC or NY. If you are applying for "Kinship" services, you are planning to adopt a family member who lives within one of our Program countries.
